OFF CUT BAR

As Chef Noble well knows, the off cuts of meat may never make it on the menu of a five star restaurant, but with skill and imagination, they do make for some very tasty meals. The Off Cut Bar is built on this premise, with dishes using cheeks, bellies, tails and offal as well as our own charcuterie, great house-made burgers and more daily creations from our every changing menu. This is also the place to enjoy great cocktails, craft beers and a collection of small batch bourbons, whiskeys and other spirits. Come early, or come late – the Off Cut Bar will stay hopping well into the night.

The Nash offers interesting options for hosting larger groups. Our quietly situated Harvest Table seats 12 and is ideal for family or business dinners. In contrast, the 2 reclaimed fir Community Tables in front of the kitchen offer a lively atmosphere, great for social groups. Each table seats 10 guests or if combined, can accommodate up to 16 people.
